"We hired Lee at Inspire Construction for a loft conversion in Milton. It was clear within a few minutes of meeting Lee that he was right for the job. He gave sensible and reliable answers to questions from the outset through to completion and was always reassuring about any concerns no matter how big or small. He always responded promptly when contacted.
Lee's experience showed throughout, managing to take a fairly basic set of architect's drawings and transform them in to a quality product whilst obviously still meeting all building control requirements. He used his experience making tweaks and adding attention to detail which has given a great finish to the job.
He provided a schedule of the works up front and continually kept us informed of what would be happening next. The fact that our loft was completed on time, on budget, in winter and while we lived in the house must be a sign of someone that knows what they are doing.
Lee is professional whilst always managing to maintain a friendly approach. He even gave our neighbour £10 to get her car washed after it got dusty one day.
We were very impressed with the professionalism of all the tradespeople he worked with. They were also all courteous and considerate. It is clear he only hires people he can trust to do a top job.

"Lee and his team recently converted our loft into a master bedroom and en-suite. From the beginning, Lee was friendly and professional. He was quick to meet both us and our architect and gave us a clear idea of both the cost and timeframe for the job. Throughout the work the impact on our family was kept to a minimum and the messiest bits of the job were carefully timetabled to be carried out during our summer holiday. Lee's communication with us was great; he kept us well informed of how things were going and let us know when we needed to make any decisions. He was also on hand and easy to contact when required. We were so happy with the teams work we added on some extra jobs including: a bathroom refit and moving a wall between the original bedrooms. Lee worked well to accommodate this and to ensure everything was finished in the way we wanted. He even went out of his way to help us with a few difficult odd jobs.
